Hello there. I’m Rosemary—the little ranch on Rosemary Lane—and I’ve got a story to tell. I was built in the 1960s and raised a family who filled my rooms with laughter, scraped knees, homework at the kitchen table, and holidays that spilled from room to room. My original hardwood floors still remember every step. Over the years, I’ve been thoughtfully updated—especially my kitchen—so I could keep up with modern life while holding tight to my classic charm. My spacious recreation room has been a favorite gathering spot, complete with built-ins, shelves, and durable flooring ready for game nights, hobbies, or movie marathons. Outside, I proudly offer something rare: a wide three-car carport plus a one-car garage—plenty of space for cars, projects, and all the things life brings along. With no HOA, I’ve always believed in a little freedom. I sit on a sunny corner lot in an established neighborhood, just minutes from downtown adventures, mountain trails, and everyday conveniences.
